Meet The Founder
Fíana Health was founded by registered dietitian Padraic Óg Horan, drawing on his experience working in clinical nutrition and seeing first-hand how confusing the supplement space can be.
His approach is simple — focus on what’s backed by evidence, use ingredients that make sense, and create products people can feel confident using.

We’re a small Irish company built on a simple idea — that the best support for your health often comes from combining modern science with

The company was founded by Padraic Óg Horan, a registered dietitian, with the aim of creating food supplements people can genuinely trust. Each formula is carefully put together using thoughtfully chosen ingredients — including enzymes, plant extracts, and essential nutrients — selected for their role in supporting overall wellbeing.
All of our supplements are manufactured here in Ireland in a GMP-certified facility, ensuring high standards for quality, safety, and consistency.

Why We Exist
Fíana Health was created in response to a clear gap in modern healthcare: the lack of accessible, evidence-based guidance for individuals navigating complex and evolving health challenges.
While advances in medicine continue to improve outcomes, many people are left seeking additional support—particularly in areas such as immune health, post-viral recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
