The story behind Fíana — and why it exists.
Built by a dietitian. Named after warriors.
The origin
Padraic Óg kept meeting the same person: someone run-down and sick every winter, or slow to recover after an illness, quietly feeling that they just weren't themselves anymore. As a registered dietitian, he knew the science most supplement brands skip — and he'd been through his own recovery. He was tired of shelves full of hype, big promises and cheap fillers. So he built the brand he wished existed.
The name
Fíana echoes the Fianna — the legendary bands of Irish warriors, guardians known for strength, endurance and protection. Warriors who fought hard and came home to heal. That's the whole idea: resilience, restored.

Fíana Health was founded by registered dietitian Padraic Óg Horan, drawing on his experience working in clinical nutrition and seeing first-hand how confusing the supplement space can be.
His approach is simple — focus on what’s backed by evidence, use ingredients that make sense, and create products people can feel confident using.

Fíana Health was created in response to a clear gap in modern healthcare: the lack of accessible, evidence-based guidance for individuals navigating complex and evolving health challenges.
While advances in medicine continue to improve outcomes, many people are left seeking additional support—particularly in areas such as immune health, post-viral recovery, and long-term wellbeing. In these spaces, information is often inconsistent, oversimplified, or not grounded in robust scientific evidence.
